If I could rate higher I would! I’m from Kansas, had braces on already, and due to lack of communication from my previous orthodontist, no one in Sioux Falls could help me. I had my braces on for 1.5 years without having any service done!! I was freaking out and finally found VanLaken and I seriously couldn’t be happier. They are informative, kind, flexible, GENTLE, and have the patient’s best interest and health in mind, vs other places I’ve visited that seem to only care about money. I didn’t realize how awful and rough my dental/orthodontic experiences in Kansas were until I came here. Life changing in the best way! I’d never go anywhere else after experiencing VanLaken!

The nicest and most professional staff made my dream come true with the most beautiful Invisalign adjustment in an only three months easy journey with 6 easy to wear retainers. I am 62 years old and never thought that it would’ve been possible to get my confidence back for a big smile! (the #6 picture still shows the little contact points that will be removed soon)

Throughout all of my visits, I was welcomed by friendly faces and a whole team that provided outstanding customer service! The team always took the time to hear out any concerns I had with my smile and answered all of my questions. They provided wonderful knowledge and explained everything in great detail, which made me feel confident in every step of the process. Not only did they make me feel well taken care of but they also extended a helpful hand on a day that I had my toddler with me at the appointment. They brought her colors/coloring book, made a balloon for her out of a medical glove and put Paws Patrol on the TV to keep her occupied while they examined my teeth. It was above and beyond customer service and as a mother, I truly appreciated the kindness they showed my daughter. THANK YOU to the whole VanLaecken Orthodontics Team!
