Jackie welcomes everyone with an amazing smile and a fresh pot of coffee for old dad while I wait. My daughter's confidence grows after every trip knowing it's a step closer to the day her braces are removed. Definitely recommend this place!! The office supervisor came over and made us feel very welcomed. We love the service and the staff here. Have a day as great as you gals are!!

They are very nice, very informative and professional. My daughter likes how they make her feel comfortable and they tell her what they are doing. Love how the lobby as games for my other kiddos. Well we waited to be seen.

I love this place so much! Friendly staff, have cute fun games inside the building and they do a good job at explaining how your treatment will go. Never had no issues with them, everything is good!

I was 10 mins late to my appointment which I fully understand is my fault. But the front desk lady was very rude. I walked in and she looked me up and down and said condescendingly “can I help you?” I told her my name and she said “yea so your appointment was at 8:40 and it is now 8:52 so we’ll have to reschedule” then she went on to chastise me like a child. I was not rude or confrontational at all and I assumed at that point that I would probably have to reschedule my appointment but thought I should show up anyway. I was very disappointed with how rude she was right off the bat.
