I had a wonderful experience at Carpenter Dental. The entire team was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my deep cleaning. They explained each step before they did anything, which really helped me feel at ease. I especially appreciated being able to wear headphones and watch the Food Network during my appointment—it made the time go by quickly! I highly recommend Carpenter Dental to anyone looking for compassionate, professional dental care.

Had a great experience. Dr Carpenter was very helpful in what I needed to know. And Amanda... i believe is her name..( im really bad with names)was awesome as well very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was very helpful in all aspects. Thank you Dr Carpenter and Amanda. I will be in touch to go thru the new patient screening.

Carpenter Dental gets a 5 Star from me. I had a dental emergency while on the road and they got me in the next day. They took care of my problem and I’m back on the road. Thank You Dr. Solano, Courtney and everyone that made my visit great. If I lived in Rapid City they would surely be my go to Dentist.

I highly recommend! I moved to Rapid City recently and am so glad I picked Carpenter Dental. This isn’t the first time I moved to a new city and had to find new providers, but this is the first time I had a warm thorough new patient dental appointment since I was a kid. I felt well informed and taken care of leaving my appointment. It felt like I was more than just a number, which is impressive considering how many treatment rooms they have and patients they can see in a day. Thank you Dr. Thorsen, Alyssa, and Hanah!!!

I’ve been with Carpenter Dental for routine dental care for several years now. Betsy is a favorite! Recently I had some fairly complex restoration work done and I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Carpenter’s experience, the team’s high level of professionalism, attention to detail and follow up were all excellent. A year later and very, very happy with their work. Highly recommend this practice!
