We started with Dr. Zhou in January after a friend recommended them for a second opinion and have had such a wonderful experience. They have been so kind to our daughter and take time to walk us through every step to make sure we fully understand and have what we need to make an informed decision. They’ve always been able to fit us in for appointments that work well with our schedule and gotten us in ASAP if there’s ever been an issue. When we go in, it’s never a long wait and they are quick and efficient. I trust them completely and recommend to all our friends.

Dr. Zhou and her team have been wonderful through the treatment of both of my children. From the first x-rays we were comfortable, never pressured to start treatment early (my daughter’s treatment was put off for a few months after the consultation). The fees for the braces and retainers were fair and easily understood. The kids were always called back on time or even a little early for appointments.
