Dr. Desmond and her staff are always so friendly and excited to see my daughter Caroline! They have made our experience low stress and very easy.

As an adult patient, I wasn't sure what to expect from revisiting an orthodontist (all I could recall were my childhood orthodontist experiences). I definitely picked the right place when I decided to see Dr. Desmond at Coastal Family Orthodontics. She and her staff have been excellent. They run on schedule, communicate very effectively, and are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Desmond and her team for young and "mature" patients alike!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Coastal Family Orthodontics! My 13-year-old daughter sees Dr. Desmond and the amazing team, and they’ve made the entire process so smooth and encouraging. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming from the moment we walk into the waiting room. The treatment coordinator, Lindelia, is especially compassionate and always on top of scheduling Lydia’s appointments for bracket checks and adjusting. We’re about halfway through the treatment, and we can already see a big difference—her teeth are moving into all the right places! I’m so glad we started this process. My daughter is on her way to having a beautiful smile, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention she’s receiving. Highly recommend!

My son Lhee just had a visit with Dr Desmond! She is so awesome! My son was so comfortable and at ease with her. His anxiety melted away. Sydney Chrisey in the front office started our visit off with a courteous greeting and a great smile. From start to finish my son’s visit was fantastic! I will recommend Coastal Family Orthodontics to all my family and friends!!!

Love this location and their staff. My son went through a palate expander and braces treatment and the staff were amazing. They are sincerely caring and take their time to explain to you the plan and explain to the kids how to care during the treatment. My son now is on his retainer and extremely happy with the results. As a mother who had a son who couldn't eat meat because his mouth didn't line up and his molars didn't touch together was so sad because I didn't know the problem. I have taken my son to the dentist since he was a baby in other places and never was told his problem. I am thankful deeply to the Coastal Family Orthodontic Doctor and staff for helping my son. He now enjoys good.
