Customer service is top tier here, along with physician chair side mannerism, as Dr. Brown is very attentive and listens to her patients concerns with a caring personality and understanding we’re one team to accomplish a beautiful smile together. I’ve had braces 8 ago with Dr. Brown, but I did not follow post orthodontic instructions of wearing my retainer, therefore, I’m back again to regain my beautiful smile that Dr. Brown had previously given me. Dr. Brown also corrected my small lisp, with her expertise of braces placement, adjustments and other orthodontic procedures that added a few more months to my treatment, but you can’t rush good things especially if you’re looking for perfection. I absolutely love White Brown Smiles professional orthodontic services and I see why the waiting room stays filled everyday. I had the pleasure of having Mr Roosevelt assigned to me under White Brown and as much as I don’t want to share how I love every visit I’m compelled to share how outstanding and amazing he is. Disclaimer: Don’t you all overwhelm him bc he is just that amazing. From the moment I walked in he was so welcoming, and made all my fears about getting braces disappear. He has the warmest personality, genuine, professional and very knowledgeable about what he’s about to do and what’s the purpose. He explained every step, stopped midpoint to get my thoughts and to make sure if I like what I saw. Every visit is a catch up session and goes by entirely tooooo fast. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ORTHODONTIST OFFICE‼️ Dr. White Brown has such a sweet, quite humble Spirit, and her staff is amazing. I love Ms. Sharon she took really great care of me today and you can tell she's 30 plus years in this field she was very careful, informativehe, and she talked me through everything that she was doing which made me feel extremely comfortable!!
