I have had extensive work done this past year. 2 bridges and a full upper denture. Dr Nick has the expertise and knowledge to give anyone a beautiful smile. Dr. Nick explains all options available to accomplish your goal. He tells it like it is and he puts your mind at ease about the procedures involved. Dr. Nick is 100% the best. His staff is professional and friendly. You can put your trust and your smile in Crescent Prosthodontics.

I have long history with dental care, over the last year Dr. Nicholas has been incredibly supportive and helpful with getting me into the chair for treatment. Trust is high as well as my comfort level when sitting in his dental chair. I have high hopes that this is and continues to be the normal here at Crescent Prosthodontics.

I have had to have extensive work done through the VA. I have had some extremely bad encounters with dentists in the past that I was very honest about with Dr Nick. He was very in depth, yet very conscientious of how I was feeling and explaining what was being done. Since the first time I’ve seen him if there has been any issues or concerns. Dr Nick and his amazing staff have immediately jumped through hoops to get me taken care of just because they’re actually invested in the care of their patients, and not just the almighty dollar. If You want professionalism, a phenomenal staff, and amazing dental work done…Dr Nick and Crescent is where to go.

Beware!!!!! Because of the number of characters allowed by Google, l'm limited on everything l want to include in this review. So long story short, if you value your health, stay away from Crescent Prosthodontics (Dr. Nicholas Ruggiero). I had a horrible experience that turned into a nightmare. As of today, 10-7-2025, I'm still healing from a severe infected dental implant with bone loss. This has been known to happen due to improper placement. It could have killed me had it turned into Sepsis and entered my bloodstream. Dr. Nick failed me. I'm still fighting for my life. I actually had to go to another Doctor, and let's just refer to him as (Doctor #2) a very skilled Oral Surgeon with 30 plus years experience to get help because Dr. Nick would not listen to me when l tried to tell him over and over and over again that the implants weren't healing. Dr. Nick just kept talking about everything looked good on his X-rays, but X-rays doesn't show Gum tissue, it only shows Bone. My infection was found during surgery by Doctor #2. Had Dr. Nick taken the time to look, he would have discovered the infection. I've had the implants removed, but l still have a long road to recovery because even though l've taken Antibiotics for the infection, my gums and bone still has to heal. The dizziness from the infection is still present but has subsided a little. The infection has been on going for 3 Months. I tried to call Dr. Nick several times leaving messages with his staff, but he never bothered to return not one of my calls. I spoke to his office Manager, Jamie who sits at her desk like she's the Queen of England talking about her VIP list. I guess depending on how much money they make off you determines if you make their VIP list. As far as l'm concerned every Patient is important. She had the nerve to tell me that Dr. Nick didn't have any openings, but she could schedule me an appointment or bring me in on a cancelation!!! Who says something like that to a Patient with a dental emergency. That let me know that all Dr. Nick cares about is making his money with his already scheduled patients. Jamie had the nerve to tell me also, your X-rays looks good. She's just repeating whatever her boss Dr. Nick says. At times She can come off as being rude, and had l not been the changed person l am today, l would have told her a thing or two. Once l was speaking with her over the phone and the call dropped, and she didn't bother to call back. She probably hung up. What kind of Manager is that? Also Dr. Nick doesn't have any compassion for Patients if a complication arises. He's good as long as nothing happens to you. Again, if you value your health, don't go to Crescent Prosthodontics. I hope no one has to ever go through what l'm going through. Being that l'm a Veteran, l will be filing a complaint through The Veteran's Administration to look into this matter. I would rate this practice a Zero if it were possible.

I was referred to Dr. Nick after having problems with my dental work. I was very impressed with my first appointment that he could solve my problems that I couldn’t get answers from my regular dentist. The staff were very professional and made my treatment professional and comfortable.
