I have tried staying optimistic but this experience has been completely awful. At the beginning of my treatment, I had to come back multiple times to fix the brackets for my invisalign three times because they didn’t put it on right and months later, I’m missing multiple of them because they’re overbooked and I can’t get an appointment to fix it that isn’t a cancellation. Not only that, but the last time the bracket came off, it literally took off a piece of my GUMS because the epoxy was stuck to them and it ripped some of it off on my back left molar. Because of that, I can’t wear the rubber bands to fix my jaw alignment, and it’s delaying my treatment. I haven’t even gotten a call after the first time there was an opening and it seems like after that they just stopped caring enough to call me for it. Now I have to reschedule an appointment and there’s no openings, so chances are I may not get the rest of my sets because of how much of a nightmare this scheduling is. I paid a couple grand for this, and this is the outcome? Ridiculous.

Big shoutout to Sherley at the front desk! She handled everything so smoothly and efficiently—it made a huge difference in my visit. From check-in to answering questions, she was quick, attentive, and super easy to talk to. What stood out most was how she kept everything running on time while still being friendly and approachable. It’s clear she knows exactly what she’s doing and takes her role seriously. If first impressions matter (and they definitely do), Sherley absolutely nails it. Really appreciate her help!
