I have been a patient of Dr. Broess as well as my daughter now. If you're looking for a kind, genuine, reliable, knowledgeable and top-notch orthodontist, this is the place. He and his staff are pleasant, well organized and patient-focused. I know we are in good hands with Dr. Broess and staff!

Made an appointment in May 2024 earliest they had was August 25th 2024 so I waited for that day. Morning of August 25th they call me at 8am and cancel my appointment and then tell me next thing open in in January of 2026. Needles to day I will never be back

The staff is welcoming and friendly and do a thorough job, Dr. Breoss strives for perfection and makes sure you have a smile you are confident in! The office also provided me with 2 sets of retainers in case one goes missing which I thought was great! As well as a mold of my teeth so that if I ever lose both my retainers I can get new ones for cheaper! I also paid for my service in full about 2 years ago and just recently received a check from the office as I just finished my treatment with the memo saying “credit” which I was amazed by seeing how I didn’t even know I was getting a credit back! Really good and honest people!

Great experience as usual. Dr. Broess and his staff is so welcoming and everything is explained thoroughly! The appointments/standards in this office should be used for guidelines for other medical offices.
