This is one of the nicer dental offices I’ve visited, but unfortunately, it was also one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I scheduled an appointment for an exam and cleaning. After a few questions, the hygienist went straight to cleaning my teeth without a preliminary exam from the dentist, which I found unusual. After a rushed 20-minute cleaning, she handed me a mirror. I pointed out several dark stains; she cleaned one, but when I pointed out another on the front of my teeth, she refused to clean it. She told me, "You’re just going to be cleaning stains all day if you want to be nitpicking." I have never been to a professional cleaning where wanting the stains removed was considered "nitpicking." After this, she called the dentist, Chris, over to look at a specific spot she thought might be a cavity. He looked at it and determined it was just a stain, not a cavity. However, when I asked further questions about my teeth, he told me he hadn't seen the stains before they were worked on and instructed me to tell the staff to have him come in and check my teeth first during my next cleaning. It is not the client's responsibility to manage the office's internal workflow or tell the dentist when to do his job. To top it off, the "stain" he confirmed wasn't a cavity was simply left there and never cleaned. I was so frustrated by the lack of thoroughness and the unprofessional attitude that I left and will not be returning.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Christopher Hayner and his incredible team. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with genuine kindness and care that immediately puts you at ease. Rebecca is truly the best at what she does—her professionalism, skill, and warm personality make every visit a positive experience. Dr. Hayner’s expertise and attention to detail have completely transformed my smile, and I am so grateful for the confidence his work has given me. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way. Their brand-new office in the Strip District of Pittsburgh is absolutely beautiful, modern, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. This office is filled with some of the most compassionate and skilled people on Earth, and I truly appreciate all they have done for me. If you’re looking for top-notch dental care with a team that truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Hayner and his staff.

I am undeniably the worst dental patient ever! I have been fortunate to find 3 dentist in my 73 years that changed my destiny to be toothless or in mouth hell forever. LOL 2 in NY where I grew up and 1 here in Pittsburgh where I have resided since 2021. God sent me an Angel, Dr. Christopher Hayner DMD, Smile Warehouse. I have had cleanings, tooth replacements, extractions and just a pleasant office experience all around. Grateful does not say enough. I’m back there to replace some more teeth in the Spring when my Dental insurance kicks in. I don’t believe you will be disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at Smile Warehouse Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and has a very calming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Hayner was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how they focused on patient comfort and care throughout the entire visit. The hygienist Alisa was also amazing—super friendly and did a great job with my cleaning. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. It's clear that the team at Smile Warehouse Dental takes pride in their work and truly values their patients. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
