Katsur Dental & Orthodontics

I’m finally getting around to making this review. We’re gonna keep this short first of all they take months to get you in. I had to schedule my daughter’s first dentist appointment a few months in advance. The waiting area is horrible. There are no chargers or anything. The ladies at the front desk they’re rude they kinda talk at you like you’re a child and so they can show off their company issued braces that looked disgusting Furthermore, they don’t tell you the wait time is over an hour her appointment was at 11. I went up to talk to one of the girls at the desk about why do people keep coming before my child and we’ve been here over an hour and these people have just walked in She was never seen that day. I left and scheduled her somewhere else if you want a great pediatric dentist go to miracle dental Associates they are wonderful.

Never go here! Dr. Nalari is rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Ever. I was taken out of the chair by ambulance because of a failed root canal and she hit a nerve and I went limp. She blamed it on “anxiety”. The ER doctor diagnosed me with hitting a nerve and I got 2 pain pills to take home which was completely fine. Dr. Nalari called me to see what the Dr said and she denied hitting a nerve. She just didn’t like that she did a horrible job as a dentist. They are not trained well there and the front desk girls are always on their phones. It takes a long time to get them to pick up the phone or call back. Never again! Avoid all Katsur offices. I’ve been to two others and same results.

Very rude, and the male Dentist refused to work on my 7 year old because he didn’t understand what the orthodontist wanted! He refused to call the orthodontist and lied and said they never got their fax when Perfect Smiles confirmed they got it. When I asked to speak to someone else that he was very unprofessional he refused and said to go somewhere else! These are the reasons no one wants to go to the dentist. Go to perfect smiles! They actually take the time to explain the issue.

Don't get your dentures here! They used small teeth, and there was a huge lump behind the top denture. They're going back, and I already sent them back once. The woman dentist was rude , she said my jaw changed which is why the teeth didn't fit right. It took 3 months to get them too.

I complained of tooth pain and was told nothing was wrong. Went to another dentist and was told I have 10 cavities! Some how, this facility, managed to miss every one! One, being in the tooth i complained about! Staff is NOT friendly! Can never get anyone to answer the phone and it's almost like youre a bother if you ask questions! Do not recommend if able to go else where.
