Waste of my time. I scheduled a cleaning about 5 months ago, have had this on the calendar for forever. I had a weird feeling this morning, so I called to confirm. No answer. Called again, asked to confirm since I was told I would recieve a reminder and never did. She confirmed! Great! I left work (during an extremely understaffed time where it is only myself available to see pts), uprooted my entire day to go to this place. I arrived a little early and sit in the waiting room for about a half hour. Finally, I get called back, and I am asked what I am here for. I said a cleaning. She goes "oh our dental hygenist called out today". I started crying as I am extremely stressed out and uprooted my day and work to come to this horrible place. Why did I even show up? I called twice to confirm and it was confirmed the second time? She handed me paper towels to wipe my tears and asked me if I wanted to just do the exam. I did it (another waste of time), went to the front to reschedule. They essentially said that they can't rebook me because they don't have a hygenist in the office, and it is only "temps" from out of practice who come on some days... This is not to say that the people there were not pleasant. The front desk lady and the women that brought me back to the room were very nice. The dentist was nice and receptive too. However, the practice could proabably benefit from some serious reorganization and a plan for moving forward. Reading these reviews, it seems like I am not the only person with complaints. As someone who works in healthcare and scheduling, when there is a mistake on our end, we work as hard as possible to get them in as soon as possible to fix the mistake. I wish the best for this place bc the people there truly are very nice but their mistake wasted my time, inconvenienced pts at my job, and in return I ended up crying there and making the employees feel weird.

Never go here! Dr. Nalari is rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Ever. I was taken out of the chair by ambulance because of a failed root canal and she hit a nerve and I went limp. She blamed it on “anxiety”. The ER doctor diagnosed me with hitting a nerve and I got 2 pain pills to take home which was completely fine. Dr. Nalari called me to see what the Dr said and she denied hitting a nerve. She just didn’t like that she did a horrible job as a dentist. They are not trained well there and the front desk girls are always on their phones. It takes a long time to get them to pick up the phone or call back. Never again! Avoid all Katsur offices. I’ve been to two others and same results.

Don't get your dentures here! They used small teeth, and there was a huge lump behind the top denture. They're going back, and I already sent them back once. The woman dentist was rude , she said my jaw changed which is why the teeth didn't fit right. It took 3 months to get them too.

Dentistry sucks .. been going here since I was a kid I’m in my mid 20s now and the place has gone down hill they claim they are so short staffed but everybody is just LAZY and UNTRAINED as HELL I’ve walk in for my appointments while calling them and witnessed them mute incoming calls or lie to a park and say the phones are broken THEY NEVER pick up the phones. And the doctors are just as bad as the front staff the rush you and barely even give you a proper clean. After my LAST visit I could’ve definitely did whatever the doc did at home and felt more .. clean period Finding another dentistry and I advise everybody else with common sense too as well. The picture is 1 hour after I got sealant for my cavity it fell completely off like how lol

I’m finally getting around to making this review. We’re gonna keep this short first of all they take months to get you in. I had to schedule my daughter’s first dentist appointment a few months in advance. The waiting area is horrible. There are no chargers or anything. The ladies at the front desk they’re rude they kinda talk at you like you’re a child and so they can show off their company issued braces that looked disgusting Furthermore, they don’t tell you the wait time is over an hour her appointment was at 11. I went up to talk to one of the girls at the desk about why do people keep coming before my child and we’ve been here over an hour and these people have just walked in She was never seen that day. I left and scheduled her somewhere else if you want a great pediatric dentist go to miracle dental Associates they are wonderful.
