Dental and Aesthetics of Pittsburgh - Rosslyn Farms

Very awesome first visit! Huge turnaround from my previous dentist and can tell my teeth are in good hands! Provided great explanations of everything going on and being able to follow along with what they are seeing on the TV in front of you really leaves you feeling not in the dark like most places do!

Dr. Zotis and her team are absolutely wonderful! She is thorough and accessible, and her office culture is warm and welcoming. I’ve experienced everything from routine cleanings and fillings to route canals and implants. I would recommend her practice to anyone.

I went in for severe tooth needing an extraction. My procedure was nearly pain free; staff was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. They care for their patients and not try to sell you on adding stuff that you don't need like other dental offices that I have been to in the past.

Very long story short, after being a patient at this practice for only a few months, I was told I needed a cavity filled and a crown to put over top of it, I had an abscess, I needed to be put on antibiotics, I needed Invisilign, and needed a root canal. I proceeded with the crown (not knowing any better, and $1000+ later) and decided to get a second opinion from my old dentist. The doctors and staff seemed extremely pushy about getting these procedures and didn’t have much justification to back up their recommendations. After meeting with my old dentist, I found out I only had a tiny cavity and didn’t need ANY of the procedures/treatment this office recommended. It is so sad to see a dentist’s office swindle their patients into getting procedures that aren’t needed for their personal monetary gain. I would not recommend this dental office for any reason.

Edit: leaving original review as is for clarity, but they have went far above and beyond to correct this. I appreciate their efforts :) Wife just came home crying because they were judging her and heard employees say she is probably a drug addict because of her teeth... which came from how she grew up and has been actively trying to get fixed for the past 2 years with them and has been having constant issues so it seems their work wasn't doing much anyway.
