Great practice! Dr Carr is absolutely wonderful! I’ve had such a great experience here, overall. The staff is very approachable and kind, and Dr Carr does a great job at explaining procedures. I have had a few procedures with Dr Carr and all have been pleasant and pain free.

I was having a terrible time when a filling fell out while I was visiting from out of town. Since I wasn't a regular patient here, I figured I was out of luck, but Andy got me in for the procedure immediately. I was surprised and relieved they could fit me in so quickly especially during the holiday season. The professionalism of Dr. Eleni and the whole team was outstanding. They made the whole experience so much less stressful. If you live in the area, or even if you're just passing through and need help fast, I highly recommend them to all friends and family! Went in to get a tooth looked at. Got x-rays and a 3d mouth model. A cleaning (barely scraped anything!) a cavity was forming on the side of my tooth and they claimed “it’s just a stain” when it’s a hole I can put a toothpick into. They had me come in a second day “to get your dental repair plan”. After sitting in the chair for an hour, the plan was: give me a hand written list of local orthodontics to call. I was directly told “we do not do any repair of damage, only preventative maintainence to slow decay.” Frustrating as I walked in saying I NEED tooth repair and was expecting an actual plan. They used up all my dental insurance for the year and did not help me in any way - except they gave me a bottle of red wine (very bad for teeth!) It’s two months later and that tooth is hurting A LOT and I’m scrambling to find someone who can handle it. Do not recommend.

The best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I am person like a lot of people that is very nervous when it’s come to the dentist the staff was super friendly and easy to work with making appointments and getting checked in. Hands down I wish I could 10 stars on Dr.Zotis, she very friendly, comforting and made sure I was numb during the process. Asked me multiple times if I’m ok, we even listen to 80s music and had a great time during a root canal. I don’t know how they did it, but I actually had a great time during my procedure. I will be recommending all friends and family to her. Thank you so much I will see you all you again soon!

Fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was kind, and my appointment was excellent. I’ve never been so excited to go back and get a filling!
