Amazing office staff and Dr. Hauser was amazing! Such a beautiful calming building and atmosphere.

I recently switched to this dentist office and had an excellent experience. The staff and dentist were welcoming and professional. The dentist listened to my concerns, clearly explained my treatment options, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible billing experience. Very shady. I gave my insurance information ahead of the appointment as I typically do. When I was at the appointment and asked how much the copay would be before filling out any paperwork, I was told that my insurance is out of network.But they told me I could have the appointment without any charge since I was already there and there was availability. Later I was sent a bill (even though they told me no charge) and when I called about it, they were extremely rude but after I pushed for it, decided to remove the balance. They still charged my insurance an absurd amount (much much more than a typical dentist cleaning) and are unable to do anything about that.

Dr. Tewari is the best dentist I have ever had in my life. I feel so lucky to have found Philly Smiles after moving to town. She is friendly, and the office is clean and professional. I have had Invisalign several times in the past, yet my teeth were still a mess. Dr. Tewari showed me how my teeth were crashing down on each other and urged me to fix them before I wore them down further. The level of detail and precision she applied to my case is unmatched. And I cannot believe how great my teeth look. She also does the cleaning herself and applies that same care to the routine work. As a patient of Philly Smiles, you can be completely confident that you will not be talked into unnecessary work, will not be overcharged, and that the environment is absolutely safe and professional. I cannot thank Philly Smiles and Dr. Tewari enough for the care I received during my time in Philadelphia. Note this is not the practice that was shut down by the health department– That would NEVER happen at Philly Smiles.

The dentists and hygienists are committed to educating and guiding you to improve your dental health. Dr Roberts is a dentist guru and Danita effortlessly guides you through all the admin details.
