I can’t say enough good things about Greco Orthodontics. I ended up here after visiting another office that tried to pressure me into making a same day decision just to get a discount. Greco couldn’t be more different. Dr. Alexandra Greco is incredibly sweet and personable. She made my son, who is very sensitive about his mouth, feel completely comfortable during treatment. I also brought my other son in for a consult, and I really appreciated that they didn’t push us to move forward before it was the right time. This office is warm, professional, and never salesy. They truly care about what’s best for each patient and family. Highly recommend!

I met Dr. Alexandra Greco after my dentist told me, “Your bite is collapsing, and you need braces and an extraction/implant combo.” Imagine hearing that in your 30s. An actual nightmare. The past few years working with Greco Orthodontics were the opposite of what I expected. The genuine care and compassion this office shows its patients are unrivaled. I went from being horrified at the prospect of wearing braces in my 30s to experiencing two of the most heartwarming years of transformation. One of my favorite things about working with Dr. A is how well she collaborates with other providers. In medical care, it can be difficult to coordinate with two different providers, and she is an expert at getting everyone on the same team. I have sent countless friends to Greco Orthodontics, and I think anyone would not be disappointed to work with them. A perfect smile never goes out of style. My only regret is not finding Greco Orthodontics sooner. You can’t find a picture of me smiling anywhere for most of my life; I can’t stop smiling now!

If you need orthodonture, this is absolutely the place to come. From the father/daughter team of Drs. Peter and Alexandra Greco to the dental assistants, to the front office, back office and everyone in between, these people are consummate, compassionate, talented professionals. Appointments are always on time. What is being done in your mouth is fully and clearly explained, and if you need to pop in on a day when you don’t have an appointment but need a wire tightened or some other small adjustment, an accommodation is always made. Everyone who works here seems to be happy to be here and it shows in their attitudes, willing helpfulness and overall kindness. And they do great work! My teeth were parading around in my mouth in all kinds of different directions but a year after my first visit, they are straight and my smile is terrific. Great people, great practice, great results. It doesn’t get better than that!

My bottom permanent retainer that I got over 15 years ago finally gave out and Dr. Greco was able to fix it! The experience was so quick and easy, and Dr. Greco was so delightful. She walked me through my options and I was so happy with my experience.

From the very first visit, I could tell Dr. Peter Greco truly cared about his patients. I had seen two other orthodontists before him, and both told me my treatment would take over a year and cost thousands more. Dr. Greco looked at my case, explained everything clearly, and told me he could do it in six months. He ended up finishing everything in just four, and the results are perfect. The whole experience felt easy and comfortable. Dr. Greco has such a kind, down-to-earth way about him. You don’t feel like you’re just another patient; you feel like he genuinely wants to see you happy with your smile. His staff is just as wonderful — they’re friendly, patient, and always make you feel welcome. They send text message to remind you about appointments, which I really appreciated because it’s so convenient. I’m so grateful for the care I received and how smooth everything went. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who actually listens, cares, and delivers amazing results, Dr. Greco is the one.
