Children's Dental Health Orthodontics

Went to their new offices where I was given a pack of paperwork to fill even though this is the 5th visit my son has had since we began this ortho venture the dentist has put him thought. He was take. To get X-rays because according to them last time he was there was two years ago but in my phone records I have that they were (they’re twins) in July of 25 for evaluation and follow up so yeah (math doesn’t add up). I had a referral with X-rays from dentist and review request and they didn’t even took the paperwork not didn’t looked at it. Was basically insulted in open waiting room telling me that I was given a referral that I didn’t follow through with for extraction and had I done that they could’ve put the request for braces. Last time, both were seen and we were told and I quote (he still have baby teeth so we have to wait) while his twin sister was Xray and paperwork done for for insurance submission for braces which were denied. Mind you every time we go insurance is billed so we wonder why this administration behaves the way they do? Hmmm??? So I was sent to the dentist back to schedule an extraction. While I can understand the process of all of this I didn’t appreciate how I was talk to and where. Note: since you have a new place, have a room to discuss with parents outcome of visit rather than doing it in the waiting room. None of the papers I signed is HIPPA which has to do with patients information which you’re letting the whole waiting room hear about 🤔. Also train your staff on such and customer service. THEY NEED IT!

New office. Waiting room very small. Not one seat available. They said backed up today . So had to reschedule. Ugh . The phone service is awful. Better off going in to make an appointment. All other staff go above and beyond for my children. Especially ladies at the front desk. While I was in the office another lady came in to make appointment. She couldn't get one over the phone.

Office visit was great. She was seen very close to her appointment time and staff was very friendly and explained everything that would happen from start to finish. Her follow up is next week and she’s actually excited to go.

I recently visited this orthodontic office on Allegheny ave. and had a truly disappointing experience, although the staff and medical professionals are very polite and patient, The cleanliness and upkeep were absolutely appalling. The waiting area was filthy and smelled overwhelmingly bad, which was extremely off-putting. It’s frustrating to think that a medical office, especially one that deals with children, would let things get this bad. The lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable.

Although staff is pleasant and professional, it is incredibly hard to contact them and they don’t have a direct number. Also, waiting room is absolutely putrid. I can not believe that they allow their walls to look like this. Considering they’re a pediatric dental office.
