My granddaughter has Asperger's and the young lady that prepared her for the exam was wonderful! Lee was completely at ease with the entire procedure. I highly recommend SmileKrafters! Wonderful staff, 100%!

My daughters come here and the dentist kept telling my daughter who has a small mouth to open it wider which she can't and that she isn't feeling pain just vibration, as far as I know my child knows the difference between pain and vibration she is 16 years old, she already has aniexty from the peds side of it and now on the adult side is making things worse, so when I stood up for my daughter I was told I'm wrong and don't know what im talking about mean while my child is telling her she is in pain, then I was told she won't work on her anymore well she is in step 2 of getting her root canal so they better finish what they started and are putting bloody tools in her mouth i get it her blood but i thought you had to clean the tools?? Absolutely ridiculous how they treat people I am a frustrated mother so if they don't finish her crown in two weeks I will be reporting it to her insurance because I believe that is fraud for getting money from insurance that you didn't finish 😑 😒 any recommendations for dentist???

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this office! I had anxiety about the procedure II was having done, and they put me at ease and completely sedated me as I requested, and we’re thorough complete professionals. It went exactly as Dr. Smith said it would I drift her off to sleep. I didn’t feel one needle. I didn’t hear the extractions happening and I had zero pain. He told me you’re gonna wake up and ask me when are we gonna start and you’re gonna be all done, and that’s exactly how it happened! Very appreciative for your services you have a wonderful team!
