Brenda was amazing when she did my impression. The lady that needed my seizure referral was the best and walked me through the whole thing. My doctor was slacking with my paper work but she just kept getting on them and helped me with everything.The wait is a little bit but it's worth it. They are really good there. I'll post another review after I get my final results but the staff is very nice for the people they deal with complaining about how long it takes for a surgical procedure. They are just a great place to go.

Dr.Lockwood and her team are so friendly and accommodating. My 7 yo daughter needed fillings for the first time and they were so sweet and gentle with her. She didn’t shed 1 tear. They explained the whole procedure thoroughly so my daughter and I both understood what was going to happen. I highly recommend SmileKrafters

Sheyla, was fantastic. She did a really great job with my cleaning, she made sure that my comfort was considered, and was just a wonderful person. This was the least painful cleaning I have ever had. The office is a really busy office. But it seems to do good with moving people through. The dentist was very nice, the time spent with them was minimal.

The place is huge but big is not always better or efficient. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was not seen for an hour and fifteen minutes. While waiting another patient complained about the wait time and left. The receptionists response was to scream “bye” while the patient shared his frustration. Treatment is conveyor belt style. I was seen by 2 assistants before seeing the dentist. After a simple procedure, I was assisted by 2 other assistants. Each assistant asked the same questions with each encounter. The place is not personable and this place feels void of family friendly medicine. However they are accepting new patients. The bathrooms are not clean. Use the restroom before you come. Bring water and charge your cell phone. This is the TSA of dentistry. I will say meeting with the orthodontist was pleasant.

Terrible experience. Avoid going if possible. We've called them over 50 times in recent weeks seeking a solution. My husband has visited 8 times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Appointments are canceled last minute, even when he's en route. On Friday, he was assured a prescription would be provided, but he had to call repeatedly until they finally sent the script. The manager never returns calls. They charged him nearly $1,000, and now we can't get clear answers. Is it normal that a dental hygenist does the fillings? He has been in agonizing pain ever since. He goes to the doctor and she calls out. There is 1 general dentist for the entire place. If she calls out there is NOBODY else for him to go to there. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism. It's alarming that this place is still open. I strongly recommend others find alternative options to prevent from suffering the same. Please, avoid this place if you can. It is 3:21 on 11/25, we were told we would get a call back by 4:00 pm with updates after the manager said she would call us back this morning with updates from the higher ups. Let's see if that happens. This place is a scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Call center staff is as helpful as they can be though however they can never get through to the actual office. Update- 5:35 pm and still no call from the manager. Absolutely the worst service and dental practice.
