Exeter Smiles Braces & Invisalign in Allentown

I had a great experience at this orthodontic office. Dr. Joel and Meghan took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and patiently answered all of my questions, which made me feel informed and confident moving forward. I was not made to feel rushed even though I had a lot of questions, which took time to answer and explain. The office staff was also personable, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the visit. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring experience, and I truly appreciated the care and attention I received.

the staff here is amazing and so incredibly nice! the front office ladies are always welcoming with a smile and a quick new appointment when checking out!! the girl who does my teeth always gets a so sweet and she’s also very pretty! my sister goes here too and enjoys them very much!! they are very patient and hard working individuals. when you are in the waiting room, they are quick to come and get your appointment finished!! they are truly a positive environment!! i would recommend going here!!!

My daughter drove a hour to reading to get same day retainers because the hbg location closed, not realizing that the quality/ material would be so flimsy & cheaply made. She originally had good quality retainers before the hbg office went out of business. The office Manager Becky was rude unprofessional over the phone taking no accountability and even to my teen daughter at the office. She tried justifying the poor quality retainers saying she offered two options which I paid $300 .. Her solution was to spend more money with them or to keep the poorly unfited flimsy retainers we purchased. We offered to return them because of the discrepancy. I called the same week of the purchase. This explains all the other reviews on google pertaining to this office. I asked to have this escalated and wast told the owner doesn’t take calls and to do what I have to do. This was very disappointing never has a issue at hbg location before they closed. I’m very big on elite customer service. I could have taken my business anywhere and this is the thanks we get for supporting this business super disappointed Exeter.

I had used Exeter with their previous orthodontist and had a great experience from beginning to end. Due to me not wearing my retainers as I should have and then losing them (twice), I made an appointment to get a new set. When I arrived and spoke with a technician, we discussed me getting Invisalign due to the new retainers not being able to put my teeth back into position. She said I would only need 4-5 months of treatment due to the minimal spacing I had. The actual new orthodontist then comes over and we discuss the same. She says that I need 8-10 months of treatment and it would cost me the full treatment plan of $4K. I told her that was ridiculous and that my original treatment was only for 11-12 months and my teeth were in much worse condition. She stood by her decision and did not want to offer an alternative/cheaper plan so I left. I then decided to try out Smile. Had my visit and am getting Invisalign for half the price of Exeter. Oh and my treatment plan is only for 4 months! She would rather lose a patient and $2K, than to do the right thing and offer me a shorter treatment plan at a reduced cost. Now I know why they have signs in the waiting area stating you will be removed as a customer if you get loud with an employee. I didn't get loud, but her business acumen or lack there of, could make it very easy. Do you research, find another provider and steer clear of this play. She's a joke!
