I’ve had two visits with JFO, the first was my free consult, and 2nd was getting my braces on. I 100% did not expect to have such a comfortable experience with an orthodontist either time but, here I am. SHOCKED at how great both visits have been! All of the staff members that I’ve had encounters with so far have been AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly, funny and welcoming. I was really anxious about getting braces but, was quickly put at ease by Doctor Johnson and the rest of the staff. It was a great experience, especially for someone who has dental anxiety. I would 10/10 recommend if you need an orthodontist to come and check out JFO.

This office is AMAZING!! 10 / 5 ✨️ From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and at ease. Not only am I greeted as soon as I walk through the door, but they know who I am. I'm not just another face in the parade of patients in their day. When you go in for your initial consultation, they explain the process, the reasoning behind suggested treatment options, and the results Dr. J wants to achieve for you. Everyone is warm and personable and encouraging and caring and pretty much ALL of the positive uplifting words you could ever think of!! I may have stopped by recently to pick up more wax just so I could see their smiling faces. 🤭 I highly recommend them if you're considering braces! Or if you just need a pick me up in your day... haha.

Such a friendly, fun, and still very professional staff. Payment plan options are great. I enjoy the casual stress free atmosphere and of course the kids love the game room while waiting! I am on kid #3 right now going to JFO.

Transfer to them after getting my braces done elsewhere. Had a lot of issue with my former ortho and I will never regret going to jfo they were so many sweet people here and the atmosphere is Just so fun and full of love all the girls were so incredible and fun to talk to and dr Johnson was absolutely amazing as well always making everyone laugh and feel welcomed I will always recommend them 100%. I had such a great experience thanks to Christina! She has such a positive attitude and made the whole visit stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. JFO is lucky to have someone like her!
