But Dr. Crain, Angela, and literally the entire staff were all extremely comforting and kind. Their demeanor completely eased my anxiety. Dr. Crain took additional time to explain the steps of my treatment process and was very positive about achieving great results. Also, Angela took extra time to help me with my new roadmap and she showed nothing, but compassion and kindness as she worked hard getting it finalized. I was a new patient to this office to see Dr Crain. From check-in to check-out everyone was great. They were friendly, professional and punctual. I was told I needed a crown and was offered to do it the same day which surprised me since its a big procedure. Great experience overall.
