The communication before the first appointment was excellent, allowing me to skip all paperwork once I arrived. Cookies & coffee were unexpected but welcome in the waiting room. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. I don't believe I've ever had a choice of flavors of teeth cleaning paste and fluoride treatment! If there was any disappointment, it's what's happened to the entire industry: I met with a "treatment planner" who was very kind, but whose main intent was to get me approved for credit to come back & get more work done. It was very gentle compared to what I've experienced at Dental Arts of Catoosa, and I felt I had the option to say "I have to go" and they would have let me leave (as opposed to DA where I told them I was late getting back to work and they still went through a lengthy sales pitch). Thorough without wasting time... cleaning without being rough... professional but not cold... I will be back to Perfect Smile!!

I always have a good experience at Perfect Smile. Everyone on staff is pleasant; I feel I receive excellent service. Today I got in very quickly. Ashley was very personable, professional and thorough. Dr. Davis is gentle, straightforward, and I trust him with my dental care. In a town where it's hard to even find good service, they exceed your expectations. They are very gentle, very knowledgeable, and very effective medicines, so if you have anxiety, no worries, I mean, they really can do it and care! I know I can't put all the great things in this review, you'll have to see it for yourselves. Perfect Smiles is a very Clean office and offers great amenities, cookies, and coffee. I absolutely love their staff as well. I have been going here for almost 2 years for all my dental needs. They do it ALL! They work with you so kindly Everyone there is very kind. Everything runs so smooth they offer things i have never experienced before I would absolutely recommend any family to them they helped my 13 year old feel confident in his smile and braces journey with an incredible priced invisiline and how they remember you and listening to you to the fullest they are fast and effective 😊 ❤️ I hope I explained it to do it justice you'll have to take a chance and give them a call! Not your average dentist's office and more! I see Dr Crain is the best!

I’ve just finished a major project in my mouth. I had several old crowns replaced. The process is complicated but Dr Davis’s staff was ready, understanding all the steps to get old crowns out and temps put in until the new crowns are replaced. In 2 weeks I have my new crowns in, beautifully matched and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Davis and staff never disappoints!

Very kind and made me feel comfortable even know I'm terrified of the dentist. I really appreciate there great bed side manner and even know I have alot of work to do there prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend to everyone.
