We love Kirkpatrick and Lai! They are very professional, wait times are low, and an overall excellent experience over the past 23 months! My daughter got her braces off yesterday and couldn’t be happier! They even gave us the cutest 4th of July cup!

Great orthodontic experience for 2 boys. Easy to schedule (and sometimes reschedule, when we had to) appointments. Front office was always helpful and had school notes ready for us at each appointment. Entire staff has been friendly all through the 2+ years. Definitely recommend.

I recently had a pretty frustrating experience at Kirkpatrick Orthodontics and felt like I should share. From the start, the overall vibe in the office felt off—staff came across as unfriendly, dry, and at times even dismissive. I was given a referral to another place to get extractions, but unfortunately, the location they sent me to was not a good fit at all. On top of that, I was given some important information incorrectly, which added unnecessary stress to the situation. When I decided to switch to a different office that I felt more comfortable with, I needed my X-rays sent over. This turned into a much bigger ordeal than it should have been. It honestly felt like they didn’t want to help. When I called to confirm that my X-rays had been sent, the woman on the phone had an attitude and seemed unsure of how to properly handle the request. There was an issue with the fax number not working, so I asked to confirm the email address to make sure everything would be sent correctly before getting off the phone. For some reason, she was hesitant to provide or verify it and said she couldn’t confirm it because it included someone’s name. The whole situation was unnecessarily complicated and confusing. I eventually read off the email myself to her and she confirmed and it was correct—but getting to that point shouldn’t have been that difficult. As of now, my X-rays still haven’t been sent over.. I do want to say that the orthodontist himself was very nice, and I did like him. However, the office staff and overall customer service really need improvement. Customer service is such an important part of any healthcare experience. Additionally, the technician who took my X-rays was very rough. It honestly hurt, and that shouldn’t be the case during something as routine as dental X-rays. I ended up going to another office afterward, and the difference was night and day. The staff was kind, gentle, and actually listened to me. I had a much better experience there. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Kirkpatrick Orthodontics.

Such a great experience at Kirkpatrick & Lai orthodontics for my teenage son! The staff made him feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of his questions without making him feel rushed. The office is clean and organized, and appointments always run on time. My son’s smile looks great. Highly recommend.
