I had an outstanding experience at this orthopedic clinic from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and ensured that all paperwork and check-in processes were smooth and efficient.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an absolutely terrible experience with Orthodontics Exclusively. What should have been a straightforward process of having my braces removed turned into a prolonged, frustrating runaround that caused me unnecessary pain and stress. I repeatedly reached out for help because I was in real discomfort, yet my concerns were dismissed or ignored. No one seemed to take my pain seriously, and there was a complete lack of urgency, empathy, or accountability. I was shuffled around with vague answers, delays, and excuses instead of receiving clear communication or proper care. At no point did I feel listened to or supported as a patient. It was extremely disheartening to realize that once the financial commitment was made they did not follow through with it and went back on the payment plan that I legally signed. All Dr. Gaby wanted to do was surgery and when I said no to it because of being a single mom and having to work she dismissed my case and all I had was a run around and my well-being no longer seemed to matter to them because they could not get the money from me. Orthodontic care requires trust, compassion, and responsiveness especially when a patient is in pain. Unfortunately, Orthodontics Exclusively failed on all fronts. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects professionalism, timely care, or basic human concern for their patients. The only thing they care about is money and doing unnecessary surgery in order to get more money from you.

From our very first consult to each step along the way everyone here works to meet all of your needs. They answer any and every question you may have. Very clean and sanitary.
