Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this orthodontic office. The care felt impersonal, and rotating orthodontists led to inconsistent advice and rushed appointments. I asked to see the same provider, but that made scheduling very difficult. I brought up concerns about spacing between my teeth multiple times, but they weren’t addressed. When my braces came off, my general dentist was shocked at the gaps and lack of proper treatment (like IPR). After I pushed back, they offered a plan with Invisalign—something that could’ve been avoided if my concerns were taken seriously the first time. Communication was also a major issue. After I asked follow-up questions, the office manager stopped responding. I had to follow up multiple times over several weeks with no reply. Now I have to spend even more to correct their mistakes. If you value quality care and clear communication, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I’m currently doing my Invisalign treatment at Orthodontics Associates, and I’ve had such a great experience so far! The whole team is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My son needed help with straightening his teeth. The doctors were informative and honest. They suggested I wait because he was too young. The honesty was refreshing. We came back when they suggested. The doctors and supporting staff are super informative that it was easy to perform home care. The front desk are so welcoming. My son is very comfortable with Dr. Power, he is the best!

I went in for a free consultation and I was very impressed with how they handled everything during the appointment. They were quick to take me in right on time to do a digital 3D scan and x-rays, and they clearly explained everything they were doing with the different tools and devices. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor and treatment coordinator after that. They both were very personal and friendly. The doctor took the time to examine my teeth, ask questions about me, and show me the 3D scans they took. He explained different things about my teeth and whenever I looked confused, they made sure to answer the questions I had without making me feel rushed. I appreciate how they had next action steps for me, and they said they’ll do a follow up call in about a week to check in with me. They helped me feel welcome and like they were there to help me achieve my goals in a way that made me comfortable. I’m sure I will continue to have a great experience with them going forward!
