My first adjustment left me a little sore, but the office gave me practical advice that made recovery much easier. Since then, every visit has gone smoothly. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about patient comfort.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this orthodontic office. The care felt impersonal, and rotating orthodontists led to inconsistent advice and rushed appointments. I asked to see the same provider, but that made scheduling very difficult. I brought up concerns about spacing between my teeth multiple times, but they weren’t addressed. When my braces came off, my general dentist was shocked at the gaps and lack of proper treatment (like IPR). After I pushed back, they offered a plan with Invisalign—something that could’ve been avoided if my concerns were taken seriously the first time. Communication was also a major issue. After I asked follow-up questions, the office manager stopped responding. I had to follow up multiple times over several weeks with no reply. Now I have to spend even more to correct their mistakes. If you value quality care and clear communication, I recommend looking elsewhere.
