The whole team at Casady Square Orthodontics is WONDERFUL! Dr. Payam Ishani absolutely saved my daughter's teeth and smile. She would be experiencing very horrible problems (including teeth falling out) if not for Dr. Ishani's wise work. Thank you, Dr. Ishani! Our former orthodontist moved out of state, and the new one was very young and inexperienced, and so was not able to properly handle my daughter's situation (even started to unintentionally make it worse). Thankfully, God helped guide us to Casady Square Orthodontics while everything was still fixable. Ms. Charyl is especially excellent and strived to understand our situation so she could get us quickly and smoothly transitioned over to Casady Square Orthodontics under Dr. Ishani’s exceptional care. We will always be grateful for what she's done for us. All of the dental assistants are fantastic, but my daughter's favorite is Miss Amanda.

I was super hesitant to get braces as an adult. I spent months researching, comparing options, and trying to find a place that felt right. The moment I walked through the door and was greeted — and especially after my one-on-one with Dr. Ishani — I knew I had found the place. He is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely listens. Honestly, he’s probably one of the kindest humans on earth. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel completely supported in your decision from day one. Trin was assigned to me, and she is truly incredible. She answered the million questions I had in the beginning with so much patience, and she always made sure I got in and out quickly so I could get back to work. Her care and attention to detail made every appointment smooth and stress-free. I love having the Casady team with me through this experience!

Dr.Ishani is so amazing!! I had an amazing experience with Dr. Ishani and his team! The staff were always so friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated their professionalism throughout my treatment. The results turned out even better than I expected, I couldn’t be happier with my smile! Highly recommend Dr. Ishani to anyone looking for a skilled and caring orthodontist.

Called in to let them know I was running late they said ok they have a 15 mins grace got there by the grace period. The lady in the front took so long in the back to come back and tell me that they wanted to move my appointment to 4:30 . Do not recommend.
