I consistently have a fantastic experience at this place. Dr. Mark and his team are exceptional. I never have to wait long, and my appointments are always efficient. I highly recommend them! I’m really pleased with my progress using Invisalign.

My daughter had a full set of braces done here when we were stationed in Oklahoma. The ortho care was fine but the record keeping and billing was terrible We had to request MULTPLE times for our account to be audited because we were being overcharged. However, my main complaint is - my daughter was given a retainer (upper and lower) and when she lost her upper, we called to have it replaced - this was $250. Totally fine. However, she lost the retainer again some time later and when I called to have it replaced again they not only said it would be $500 now but they couldn't find record of her 1st replacement at all. They did some digging and apparently 'found it' but I was told she would need to come back in for a full eval and re-scan (they did not require this before, it was all digital and they order it from Germany so it takes some time but coming back in was not needed and now suddenly it is) PLUS the price has doubled. They have been through many managers and each one I have ever talked to seems to have no idea what they are doing and they have zero follow through. After paying thousands on braces, I now have to take my daughter to a whole new orthodontist just to get her retainer replaced, if they will even do that.

My teenage son recently had his braces removed, and the results are fantastic. Throughout the process, the team was encouraging and patient, especially during the first few months when he was still adjusting. We always felt informed about his progress, and the final outcome was better than we expected.

I was notified that my permanent retainer was broken. I had no idea. Only had it around 1.5 years. Top retainer broke. Bottom retainer broke. The assistant mentioned they are now using a new company for their retainers and said they will be more durable now and last longer. When I spoke to the assistant manager, Maria she basically came in laughing asking me if I really thought "permanent" meant permanent. Could not show me anything in writing that it was only replaceable up to one year. Basically blamed me for being hard on my teeth with food choices and dental care. As far as the retainer part she basically blamed me for not reporting in a timely manner. If I said the bottom one snapped the night before and reported it less than 24 hours....I do not know how much sooner that could have been reported. She bragged about an awesome job done and thought showing me post pictures justified the situation. I absolutely loved the doctor who worked on my mouth but the bottom line was the permanent retainer (which I would think would last at least last up to 5 years) broke somehow and my retainers were not worth crap. So $5k later my teeth are back to shifting. My gap is open and cannot be re-closed. When asked what would I want done....I mentioned a new permanent retainer for my lower teeth and a discount on the new retainers I had to order. Well needless to say, that was completely ignored and blown off. Advised to pay $5k and start the Invisalign process all over again. I did not appreciate that the blame was placed on me instead of just the simple fact that the retainers were not durable. No, I didn't have them in excessive cold or heat. The grin of it all was what got me....it was like she viewed the concern as a joke. Not pleased with Maria at all. Unprofessional.

Loved how they explained why she needs braces and for how long and the different options there were. Made myself and my daughter comfortable with a plan and path forward.
