Dental Depot Orthodontics

I've had 2 of my boys get braces here. The customer service has gone down and even the manager is not helpful. My son lost his retainers and dealing with them has been a nightmare. They had originally told us he could get a pair for free included and now they are no longer honoring. Trying to charge $900 to replace. I requested his records so that we can get them ordered cheaper somewhere else and they won't give them to me nor return my calls. Have tried multiple times to get a hold of them, leave messages but no reply or call back. I get told manager is not in the office. Very unprofessional and infuriating becausemy son needs his retainers asap. They don't care about you after you finish your treatment plan. My 3rd son is about to need braces and I will not be using them.

My daughter had to get braces put on and DDO made the process easy! They were so kind to her and gentle as they put on the braces. We had to go back recently to get them tightened and my daughter told them, “Yall are so nice here!” This is the place to go for your teeth needs!

Usually don’t like going to the orthodontist but this location has truly been a great experience every time I’ve been! Great group of women that make sure I feel like family! My hat goes off to these women that have to work on gross teeth all day, I for sure couldn’t do it and they not only do it but excel with professionalism, kindness, and knowledge! Shout out to Madi! She’s my favorite, keep killing it ladies!!

Had an amazing experience with Chloe. She’s so friendly and communicative I actually had a “fun “ appointment. And she did an amazing job on my wires!:)

My assistant was Estefhany and she did an amazing job! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend !!
