Love this place! My oldest just got his braces off, and the entire experience from start to finish has been wonderful. The process was smooth, organized, and honestly way less stressful than I expected. The staff does an amazing job explaining every step so you always know what’s happening and why, which makes such a difference as a parent. The girls in the back have always been so kind, patient, and reassuring, and they really make you feel comfortable every visit. Because of how great our experience has been, my youngest and my husband are next, and I feel completely confident moving forward with them here as well. I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Sky Ortho! From the moment we walked in, everyone, from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and even the people making phone calls, was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. They made sure we always had the time, space, and full awareness about every step of the process, which made everything feel so smooth and stress-free. The office itself is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. There’s even a little play area for young kids, which is such a thoughtful touch! The team has done a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful job with my son’s orthodontics. Appointments have been efficient, recommendations clear, and every interaction has been warm and professional. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them, they’ve made what could be a stressful experience easy, positive, and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for an orthodontics office that genuinely cares about their patients, Sky Ortho is it. We absolutely love the whole experience!

Best ortho office around! My son had a complex case and they have handled it no big deal. Also the Assistant Paige is AMAZING! Also so nice and professional!

I love this place, the DR. is kind and very informative, the nurses and staff are the sweetest, and my payment plan is so easy and flexible, Sky Ortho was definitely a good choice for us, this place is really the best!!!!

Had two mistakes during my treatment that I know of. They didn’t put the stopper on one time and it got imbedded in my cheek. The other time they didn’t put my attachment on and I wore the Invisalign like instructed not knowing and when Dr Shannon saw this at the next appointment he said it must’ve fallen off. I had to tell him that it was never put on but he did not seem to care. He didn’t even acknowledge the mistake which I still worry led to my not good outcome (among pretty much everything else at this place.) Also, my treatment took way longer than expected and I did not get the desirable results or any explanation of why either. I wish I was more informed before I had ever had any treatment here as an adult because I don’t think I ever really needed the treatment or that I was ever told of the risks. I also wish I was informed about the permanent retainers that I have glued to my teeth now, forever. The permanent retainers are top & bottom, uncomfortable, & make flossing much harder than without. Also, I gotta wear an additional retainer at night too and it is a lot to keep up with. If I lose it, it is a lot of money for another one. Furthermore, I wish I had known that teeth are prone to shifting after treatment even with night retainers on top of the permanent retainers. If I had known of the maintenance that it would require, forever and the risks that I was subjecting myself to, I would not have had treatment done again in the first place. My teeth are worse off than before.
