Extremely disappointed with the decline in quality since this office became Tangelo. I finished Invisalign here a year ago and one tooth is still clearly out of alignment. When I pointed it out, the doctor dismissed my concern and said it “looked fine,” but my regular dentist confirmed it is off and should have been corrected. I even said he made it seem that was as far as they could fix it. I also had a repair visit a few months ago that felt very unprofessional. I was left waiting for an hour while the assistant struggled with my permanent retainer and didn’t explain anything. She eventually walked off to wait for the doctor, who then used me as a training demonstration without my consent. During the actual repair, the staff was rude and dismissive. I paid for a professional, complete Invisalign result, and instead received sloppy service and a dismissive attitude. I should have been offered refinement the moment I pointed out the misaligned tooth, but the doctor insisted it “looked good.” This experience has been very disappointing

Mister Orthodontist is incredibly skilled and knows exactly how to create confident, beautiful smiles. Together, they make the whole orthodontist experience stress-free and even fun. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly make them stand out.

Tangelo Orthodontics are fantastic. They are always fast and friendly. Everyone we have worked with there has been very professional and explained every step of the way.

Tangelo is always so nice and professional. The made the process of braces for both of my girls so easy. They explained everything. And they have massage chairs for the moms 😅

Tangelo Orthodontist helped us find the correct plan to get my daughter’s teeth realigned before they got bad. They also helped us find an Oral surgeon for a molar that is growing in wrong. They are always so helpful and explain all her treatments. They did supply us with a treatment plan so we could actually get her teeth fixed. I couldn’t brag enough about this group of people. They go above and beyond!
