Had our initial appointment, plus the braces install, and so far everything has been great. All staff have been kind, knowledgeable, answered all questions, and we even got to see someone being trained today. Dr. Cho is quick and to the point also. Their lobby area has fun activities for littles, and you even get a snack! Definitely recommend!!!

Extremely disappointed with the decline in quality since this office became Tangelo. I finished Invisalign here a year ago and one tooth is still clearly out of alignment. When I pointed it out, the doctor dismissed my concern and said it “looked fine,” but my regular dentist confirmed it is off and should have been corrected. I even said he made it seem that was as far as they could fix it. I also had a repair visit a few months ago that felt very unprofessional. I was left waiting for an hour while the assistant struggled with my permanent retainer and didn’t explain anything. She eventually walked off to wait for the doctor, who then used me as a training demonstration without my consent. During the actual repair, the staff was rude and dismissive. I paid for a professional, complete Invisalign result, and instead received sloppy service and a dismissive attitude. I should have been offered refinement the moment I pointed out the misaligned tooth, but the doctor insisted it “looked good.” This experience has been very disappointing

The staff at Tangelo is always so warm and welcoming when you walk in the door. They make sure you are well taken care of the entire time you are in their office. Their waiting area is very comfortable and is equipped with lots of free snack and drink options for anyone to enjoy. I have never waited more than 5 minutes past an appointment time, they are very punctual and efficient.

We had a consultation for both of our daughters today. The staff were all kind, attentive, and professional — from the front desk to the orthodontist Dr. Choe, and all of the amazing people in-between. Overall it was a quick process from start to finish, and they were not pushy. The treatment plans were straight forward and doable. One daughter was ready for braces, and had them put on during today’s appointment. She also received a great swag bag that she was super excited about! My other daughter needed to wait a little longer, and I respected them not rushing her into braces when she’s not ready. Wonderful experience! — Tara Cox
