But Dr. Catherine and her team are making it easy. The whole team has a welcoming attitude, and they've all been incredibly kind and gentle. Recognizing my own hesitation to commit to jaw surgery, Dr. Catherine presented me with several options and took care to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each so I could feel confident in my decision. She takes the same patient, thoughtful approach every time I have a new question about the treatment process. She's also been very flexible, both with the treatment plan and the schedule. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I’m so happy I chose Dr. Catherine Scheurer McDevitt as my orthodontist. My previous experience with braces as a teen back in the 90s was unpleasant. As my teeth shifted over the years I knew I needed to get braces again but dreaded it and put it off for decades. And then I was referred to Dr. Catherine, specifically because she was known to be gentle, non-judgmental and kind. She and her staff are those things and so much more. When I started my treatment with Dr. Catherine, my bottom teeth looked like a sloppy, shuffled deck of cards. Now my teeth look perfect. Every visit feels like I’m hanging out with friends. In fact, I almost got a bit jealous reading all her great reviews here because I thought I was special. Hahaha! Now I see she’s that wonderful with everyone. If you’d told 14-yr-old me that one day I’d actually enjoy going to the orthodontist, I would have rolled my eyes and protested. But that’s the Dr. Catherine difference. Going to her office has been downright delightful.

But when we met Dr. McDevitt, she confidently assured us that she could correct his teeth using aligners with an expander built right in. She truly worked magic!
