Drs. Erin Knierim and Jennifer Zoll

Normally I don't do this especially when they are a fantastic office but I feel this should be known to public to save there own disappointment. Since I have Medicaid EVEN THOUGH IM PAYING OUT OF POCKET my daughters appointment was cancelled today when they KNEW I had Medicaid, because she participates with some plans but not ours she can not see my daughter as a patient even though I'm not using my Medicaid for the dental service. However they waited until the day of my appointment to tell me this when my daughter has been in pain and WAITING for this appointment. Very very disappointed in how this is handled and that I now have to wait another month to have my daughter seen somewhere else. Also disappointed this is a clause because my Daughter Doesn't want to see a different dentist and the insurance should not determine what Dr. I can see if I am not even using the insurance.

I had my first experience with Dr. Knierim today and I would highly recommend this office to anyone, but especially little ones. I was super nervous to take my 3 year old to his first appointment, but everyone there was so accommodating and friendly, and did an amazing job making sure everyone was comfortable before getting to work.

We have been taking our children to Dr. Zoll and now Dr Knierim for over 5 years. My children don’t fear going to the dentist and have always had an enjoyable experience. We had a recent scheduling issue that was quickly corrected and handled in a fair and transparent way. Dr Knierim genuinely cares about her patients. You can see and feel that passion through interaction with the staff and the extra time they take to make sure all of your concerns and questions are addressed. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist in the Toledo area

We absolutely love Dr. Knierim and her team! She is very easy to talk to for both kids and adults. Everyone in the office has a great attitude. They never keep you waiting. They talk through all the procedures with the kids before starting. She is also excellent with my son with Autism. It’s very difficult to find doctors who can handle him AND are very relaxed with him. She takes it all in stride. My daughter loves going to the dentist and my son tolerates it! Most kids at my son’s severity and age have to be sedated, so that is more than I can ask for and I’m grateful for that!

We love Dr. Knierim, her whole office is great. So glad I chose her office for my 2 year old. He's had several fillings done and extra preventive work all done with big smiles. Tiffany, her assistant is great too!
