Great with kids, my daughter is really shy but they work well with her.

Normally I don't do this especially when they are a fantastic office but I feel this should be known to public to save there own disappointment. Since I have Medicaid EVEN THOUGH IM PAYING OUT OF POCKET my daughters appointment was cancelled today when they KNEW I had Medicaid, because she participates with some plans but not ours she can not see my daughter as a patient even though I'm not using my Medicaid for the dental service. However they waited until the day of my appointment to tell me this when my daughter has been in pain and WAITING for this appointment. Very very disappointed in how this is handled and that I now have to wait another month to have my daughter seen somewhere else. Also disappointed this is a clause because my Daughter Doesn't want to see a different dentist and the insurance should not determine what Dr. I can see if I am not even using the insurance.

I had my first experience with Dr. Knierim today and I would highly recommend this office to anyone, but especially little ones. I was super nervous to take my 3 year old to his first appointment, but everyone there was so accommodating and friendly, and did an amazing job making sure everyone was comfortable before getting to work.

We love Dr. Knierim, her whole office is great. So glad I chose her office for my 2 year old. He's had several fillings done and extra preventive work all done with big smiles. Tiffany, her assistant is great too!

My kids loved Dr. Zoll and Dr. Knierim is just as wonderful. The hygienist are always very gentle and bubbly. Unfortunately the receptionist weren't wonderful or bubbly they were quite the opposite. Now that I left the office due to the horrible receptionist they have replaced them. While closing out my bill I ran across an issue on their end. Anissa (one of the new receptionist) immediately fixed the problem and was very courteous. Her awesome customer service skills made me consider going back.
