Seriously considering filing a complaint to the dental board and contacting my insurance regarding the care received at this office. I’ve been coming to this office the last 3 years. Each time I got a write up for my plan of care and costs and what my insurance covers. Next week come in for my visit the bill is always changing. This has happened at nearly every appointment except the last. This year I came in to have cavities filled. Dr. A (female) worked on 4 of my back teeth. Immediately after the visit 2/4 teeth had obvious bad fillings and I had pain. When I did not prior to this appointment. My bite was so high in the back I could not close my mouth properly the tooth made contact before anything else, I had to hold my jaw open causing pain. One filling towards the front was visibly open (pain), significant gum trauma, the back tooth was shredding floss. Next appointment for an adjustment she fixed the front and argued with me about the back tooth not believing me when I said it shredded floss. Hygienist took X-rays showing that tooth the filling did not meet my tooth leaving a gap. She didn’t want to fix it until I pushed and told her a cavity would get in there again. I requested a new Dr. when I set the appointment for that one to be fixed. She came in that appointment I told her I requested someone else she argued with me about it for about 15 minutes. I explained to her 2/4 teeth she worked on needed redone, along with one tooth being way too long affecting my bite, and my gums were burned raw took over 3 weeks to heal. She then told me I waited too long to get the cavity filled it wasn’t her fault 75 % of my tooth needed rebuilt. Shouldn’t that have been a crown then??? Why do a filling? But shame me the client who has been maxing out their insurance every year to try and fix their teeth. I asked her who was in charge or management in the office I’d like to speak to them, she told me I had to call corporate. Call the number online and they said there is an office manager and she would leave a note for him to give me a call back. Never got a call back. My bite is still off I have big gaps between the teeth they worked on, significant gum trauma and pain. My gums are still red and inflamed a month after the original appointment. I am about to happily pay out of pocket at another office for them to look at the work they have done, review all the X-rays they took last few years. I am REALLY hoping for everyone, I don’t find more evidence of negligence and malpractice from this office.

I really enjoyed the whole team and process here at Dental works. It started with being greeted by Adam, meeting the assistant who took me back and started the process for evaluation, Maria. Meeting the Dentist who is a friendly dentist, then the hygienist who was knowledgeable and willing to talk with me on options, then moving on to the long term plan with Adam again. I was happy with who my team is and how they will collectively get me to a better smile. Thank you all.

I love this place! All the girls are great-friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Dr.A is amazing. I am a baby when it comes to pain. Dr.A is so great at her job that every experience that I have had here has been painless. I can’t even feel the injections, and she hits the right spot the first time to numb the full area effectively. I had an issue with a chipped tooth this week and they were able to get me in and out quickly, with a job well done!

I visited Dental Works yesterday and was very pleased with my exam and cleaning. From the beginning to the end the Dr. and staff were very friendly and informative. It had been some years since my last dental visit and I was worried, but my hygienist Leann was so kind and really made me feel comfortable. She helped me to relax and treated me with dignity. If you’re looking for a friendly dental office with excellent skill and service, Dental Works is it!!!

The entire experience has been miserable. It took a 20 minute phone call with a call center to make my first appointment. I asked for pricing and they said call the office. I called the office 3 times an no one ever answered. I left a message the 3rd call and never received a call back. I stopped in 2 weeks later and waited to talk to someone. During the wait I listened to a customer talking with the gentleman in the office about her incorrect billing for an implant. I left after waiting 30 minutes. I called again and actually spoke to someone. She said she couldn't provide pricing to someone over the phone. I confirmed my appointment 2 days in a row via text for today's appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early today and when they asked my name, they didn't have me in the system so no appointment. They asked if I could reschedule, I asked what a cleaning costs, the answer was we dont know until we run it through insurance. I gave all that info when it took me 20 minutes to make an appointment. I left, what a joke.
