I had the best experience with Smile Doctors! Shannon was amazing. She is so positive, personable and kind. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I told her I was getting engaged soon and I wanted to know if I could finish by December and she was honest with me and was able to make it happen. My teeth are perfect, I feel so confident- this experience was the best, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. A big thank you to the entire staff. You guys are amazing 💕

Capital City Ortho is a fantastic orthodontics practice. Over the past 10 years, I've been a patient's mom (traditional braces) and a patient myself (Invisalign), and I've always had great experiences. The staff and techs are always cheerful, kind and welcoming, and Dr. Cohen is very friendly, caring and approachable. The convenient location and big parking lot are definite plusses, too! I'm almost finished with my treatment, but I would opt for Capital City again in a heartbeat!

‼️BUYER BEWARE‼️ I will definitely NOT recommend this particular facility. In two years I had 3 different doctors. The last doctor came in and didn’t consult with the previous doctor who was still there and just started looking through my file and almost changing my treatment until I said something. The staff changes is thee most uncomfortable and unacceptable thing that happen. You come in one day and don’t recognize nobody. I almost thought I was tripping. In hindsight I would’ve went to a private practice where you get the same doctor and staff your whole treatment. This is like a factory. One in one out every 15-30 minutes with no real care. The one person that I had, Brent for a while was thee best. He definitely belongs in someone’s private practice because of his customer service skills. However I came in one day and he was gone. This is an Assembly line from the doctors to the patients. In and out, in and out. Go somewhere else. 11/10/25 I was recommended here by one of my coworkers a couple of months ago. And I wasn’t able to start my treatment until last week. And the ENTIRE staff is AWESOME! They are one of the best in the city!!! Silvia, Coby and Dr. Cohen are fantastic!!!

Ms. Shannon and the whole stuff at Smile Doctors is so amazing, seriously 10/10. Me and Ms. Shannon got talking about football and then everyone started joining in, it felt like a big family in there! I seriously didn’t want to leave!😂 Also Ms. Shannon was so quick, gentle and kept checking on me. Loved it there!!
