Mess Orthodontics

If you call, speak to someone other than Melissa or Tracey because they just don't care about helping people. Very poor customer service and rude.

I have had 3 teens go through braces with both Dr Cook and Dr Mess. (One going through round two braces now,) I cannot say enough great things about this practice! The entire staff is SO caring and friendly. The wait time (assuming the patient is on time) is never more than 5-10 minutes. They are informative throughout the whole process with patients and parents. There are no frills in this office, just the standard tv and magazines in the waiting area. But the prices are reflective of that. Many local ortho offices we visited (at least 4 others) had SO many perks in the waiting area- while impressive- the cost of treatment at those fancy entertaining practices was $1500-$2000 higher. The quality of the work at Cook and Mess Orthodontics is amazing too! All 3 of our children have had no problems and now have beautiful straight teeth! Thank you Dr's Cook and Mess (and all of the staff!!) Melissa is our favorite because she always figures out a way to work with our crazy schedules.

Super friendly staff and flexible scheduling. We missed an appointment, just thought it was a different day. I showed up on the wrong day but they still got me in. The whole time they remained friendly and smiling.

im 12 and ive been going here since i was at least 8 and they are so nice and friendly and gentle,im going there right now accually😂😂
