Orthodontic Specialists

My husband and I came to see Dr Ison with our 17 year old autistic son 4 years ago. We had a very bad experience with another local orthodontics. Dr Ison and his team took our son under their wings, they were kind, very professional and our son loved going to this office. His teeth are now perfect. We are very grateful to Dr Ison and his team and we highly recommend him.

My daughter just got her braces off today and her smile is absolutely beautiful!! The team took such great care of her from day one. They were gentle, patient, and always so kind. Highly recommend!

Dr ison’s office is the best dental office around!!!! Kiya and Cheri were so professional and walked us through every step while my daughter got her braces on!!! The staff all said hi and asked if we needed Anything!! The place was clean and ran very smoothly. Kiya did and amazing job on her braces and Cheri was making sure all our questions and needs were met! AMAZING experience!!!! Definitely recommend them!!!! Lily and Cheri was with Lindsey for her second Visit and did an amazing job they were polite and walked us through all the steps in Lindsey’s braces journey !!! They was gentle with Lindsey and made sure she felt the most comfortable she could !!! 5 stars

TERRIBLE PLACE FOR BRACES! I went there for braces because it was medically necessary, they were so bad! Constantly changing my care plan, i never saw the same doctor or technician twice, and they dropped me as a client after covid hit and we missed one appointment from catching it. Left me with unmaintained braces for a year, my dentist had to write them a letter telling them to remove the braces because it was dangerous to leave them on. Now my teeth are still messed up and I have to pay if i want to get them fixed. They erased my records from their system so i can't sue them for malpractice either

This office is not very understanding. I called multiple times trying to pay off the full remaining amount to have to set an appointment and have to come in and fill out paperwork and they that time I had already used it for other life expenses instead of just taking the money when I had it to give. They then refused to finish my treatment. I would not recommend this office to anyone else. My teeth look a mess and I am very unhappy with how I was treated after having to put my triplets first. I was going to bring my triplets here but I would rather go to mint dentistry and orthodontist
