10/10. My son got his lower braces put on today and we both had a great experience. For me (mom) it was quick and very efficient. For my son, the assistant Tammy was very gentle and informative making us both feel at ease. Dr. S has the BEST energy and you can genuinely tell he loves what he does. The rest of the staff was so nice saying hello and making the atmosphere feel very welcoming and fun. I’m so glad we chose this office to take care of my son. If you’re thinking about orthodontic treatment, this is the place to be. You won’t regret it.
I've waited to write this because negative reviews are not something that I take lightly. However, I am profoundly disappointed and saddened by the outcome of my Invisalign program with Dr. Stadium. My initial and sole goal for undergoing the extensive Invisalign process was to permanently close a specific gap between my two front upper teeth. This was not a minor decision; it represented a significant financial and personal investment on my part, made with the expectation of a stable, long-term aesthetic correction. Following the completion of the Invisalign treatment, the upper permanent retainer failed and detached repeatedly over several months, requiring multiple appointments for re-attachment. And while they were always quick to schedule me in their overcrowded waiting room, I only received temporary fixes. I strongly and clearly advised against the initial suggestion to remove the retainer entirely, as my previous experience with braces showed immediate shifting without a permanent anchor—a concern that was realized in the problem area. Based on a lack of confidence in an alternative retainer, I elected for the composite bonding which was suggested, which required a new scan and a new removable retainer. Within just two months, a very large portion of this bonding chipped off. As a result, the gap I initially sought to correct was highly visible again. Aesthetically, I was right back to where I began, having made a substantial financial outlay for treatment that yielded no lasting result. What is most upsetting is the response I received when I called regarding the chipped bonding. I was told that the restorative work, performed after their primary orthodontic treatment had failed to provide stability, was a "courtesy" and that I should call my general dentist for a fix, is unacceptable. I was never advised that it was a "courtesy" or that it was "temporary" and it boggles my mind why if this was the case they would have completed a new scan and had a new removeable retainer created... The bonding was a direct attempt to stabilize the aesthetic outcome of the orthodontic work that their office performed. I feel strongly that after the repeated failures of the retainer, a lasting, stable correction should have been the final, guaranteed result of my Invisalign investment. As they suggested, I consulted with my general dentist and they were thankfully able to professionally address the failed composite bonding and close the gap. I would not in good conscious refer any patients.
