Everyone had a positive attitude and willingness to help! They all worked efficiently to accomplish their goal of enhancing smiles and saving teeth!! Dr. Walton thoroughly explained everything and provided options. I felt so comfortable sitting in the vibrating chair getting my tooth drilled for a crown, by gentle Dr. Walton! My crown was prepared and installed in 40 minutes. I'm so impressed with their hi-tech equipment! You get everything there, not just general treatment but also complex procedures like root canals, crowns, cosmetic dentistry and lasers. All from one trusted professional at a reasonable price! Dr. Walton has knowledge, experience, training and is a highly skilled dentist with expertise in every aspect of dentistry! I highly recommend this practice!! Thank you Dr. Walton for saving my teeth while other dentists wanted to remove them! You're the BEST dentist out there!!

I made the best choice by switching to Dr. Walton. The minute you open the door he has such wonderful staff at the desk their to greet you as well as asking you how you are and how your day is. My first appointment they showed me around the building like a nice little tour. When going on the tour, anybody you saw whether it be hygienist, assistant's and Dr. Walton made sure to tell you hello and welcomed you with open arms. Dr. Walton is so thorough and explains everything to you before he does anything. His staff is so amazing especially Nicole because she held my hand during my tooth extraction this morning. They both reassured me that I would be OK. They did everything that they could help comfort me as I was in a lot of pain during this procedure. Dr. Walton explained everything, I had laughing gas, I was very upset. They brought in headphones so I didn’t have to hear any of the procedure and were continuing to place cold washcloths on my forehead to help. Like I said this place is amazing. I will not go anywhere else. Jen is amazing as well as she walked me through everything and just gave me the lowdown of this office and how things work. The best perk is that they text, you don’t even have to pick up the phone. All you have to do is send a message to their phone number and they text you or they text back. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Walton and his staff without a doubt.

Dr Walton is a fantastic dentist. I cracked a tooth and he was able to remove an old filling and replace with a partial crown within a day. It looks and feels great! His office personnel and equipment are all top notch. I will be using him for all my dental care in the future. I strongly recommend Dr Walton.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Facilities are extremely clean. Dr. Walton explains everything very thoroughly before, during, and after procedures. The biggest thing for me, ive gone awhile without a dentist, I am a bit self conscious about my teeth. I didnt feel judged here by a single person who looked at my teeth. Most dont realize how big this is, but the last dentist I went to, I felt so embarrassed I never went back and avoided going to any dentist for awhile. Extremely happy I found this office. If you're looking for a dentist come here!

This is the very best dental practice! We will always have our dental care from Akron Smiles. As soon as you walk through the door, you're in a beautiful and comfortable waiting area, greeted by the wonderful staff and you are quickly seen. The hygienists are gentle, super sweet and thorough. Dr. Walton is the best. Any procedures are done pain free and he always lets you know what is happening before, during and after. Honestly there's not one thing we could say that could improve this practice. Five gold stars for Akron Smiles!
