We love this place! The staff is friendly and very attentive to the children/ parents and the dental hygienist is AMAZING! He is so kind,gentle and soft spoke. Also makes sure tonthank you for bring your child in. Mine is cavity free and will continue to be! Keep up the good work Akron Smiles!

The dental assistant young lady was super nice and understanding with my two year old. She has been to the dentist once when she started getting teeth. We had seen dr.kramer . She is no longer there. When the dentist came to look. My daughter was already terrified. Wouldn’t sit in the chair or anything. The dentist came over . Honestly I was overwhelmed. My daughter was already screaming and crying. I just wish the dentist introduced himself and tried to be more of a people person with a two year old. He only got to look at her teeth while I wrapped my legs around her and held her down. So maybe more patience with young children. I and my husband have been practicing with our daughter for the Dentist for over a year and a half, and it was very overwhelming for her. I just wish there was more understanding from the dentist maybe to talk to her introduce himself to her. I’m not sure. But on the bright side, she had no cavities a little bit of chipped tooth maybe from falling because she has too, but other than that, everything was good.

Would love to give this 0 stars. Very unprofessional team. Did not communicate properly with a child or the parents. The setting is not very hippa appropriate. Will not be back, I can get that treatment under a bridge in the worst part of town.

My son receives great dental care, aged out now but still able to finish out dental treatments for his braces. I was so happy with small smiles services. Great staffing.

I have been coming here with my older daughters for a few years they are always so nice and welcoming. I just recently took my 18m old there because that’s when the dentist told me I should start bringing them in. I was nervous he doesn’t sit still often and I didn’t know what to expect. The dentist came and greeted us talked to them and told both of what he was going to do. He check and counted their teeth made sure everything looked well and gave them a sticker. He got a cleaning with a regular toothbrush to get him familiar with the visits and gave him a dentist bag of goodies for his age! We will be back in 6 months so happy!
