We’ve experienced Dr. Rickabaugh for nearly two years and now Dr. Anderson for several months (he’s taken over the practice). Since Dr. Anderson has come aboard, he’s made some nice changes, most notably renovating the office. I love the clean lines and neutral colors. The staff has always been very kind, responsive and caring. I have a great rapport with them that’s beyond the business. We catch up and we speak about life things. That’s so important…to be seen and treated as a person. Dr. Anderson and the staff are continuing this honorable practice and we appreciate it! I highly recommend and will bring my other children here when it’s their turn for braces.
