I am generally intimidated by the dentist. I have neglected cleanings due to this fear. If you share that with me try to take the first step and visit Raleigh dental loft. From the front desk greeting to the dentist then check out you are treated kindly and with understanding if your phobia is known. This past trip I had a new to me hygienist and she was phenomenal, I misplaced her name or I would put it in the post. Her explanations were on point and not over done. The best employees make the company and Dr. Kashyap knows how to select them.

I was pleasantly and professional visit. Well as pleasant as can be for visiting a dentist. I literally hate going to the dentist but they do everything to put my nerves at ease.

I decided to visit this dentist because my wife is a patient here. I scheduled an appointment for a routine annual cleaning something I normally do every year, though this time I was about six months overdue. From the moment I arrived, before anyone even looked in my mouth, I was told I needed a deep cleaning. The entire visit lasted over an hour and a half, and during that time I was repeatedly told how “unethical” it would be for them to perform a standard cleaning instead of a deep cleaning. It felt less like a dental visit and more like being pressured at a buy‑here‑pay‑here car lot. The experience left me disappointed and concerned about the approach they take with potential long‑term patients. It felt focused on short‑term gains rather than building trust. I waited to write this review to make sure no additional bills showed up and I can confidently say I will not be returning. Yes, I am a real person, and this was my genuine experience at this location.
