This is just my personal experience. I felt that this dentist was racist towards me. I'm Afro American, therefore he used less pain meds with me assuming I have a high tolerance for pain. What dentist numbs your gums with only 2 shots? And he stabbed my gums. I never had a dentist do that. When I told him I felt the pain he looked annoyed rather than sorry. He blamed it on my tooth being infected and sent me away with pain meds and a half worked on tooth. It wasn't infected, I wasn't numb! I absolutely do not recommend them if you're AA

First time I came in was good everything went fine I got 2 teeth pulled the dentist had me nice and numb and I didnt feel anything it did take them awhile to get me back but the actual procedure only took like 3 mins I went back a week later and it was a completely different experience I had 3 teeth pulled that time and the dentist was rude and dismissive I kept asking questions about my plan for the upcoming visits and he acted like he was gonna do what he wanted to do and not what was talked about at my previous appointment. He numbed my mouth and I told him before they started my mouth did not feel numb at all he stabbed me about 15 times with that needle and my mouth still wasn't numb! The first time I came in that dentist stabbed me 2 times and my whole face was numb for hours! So he obviously wasn't doing sumthing right! Then he proceeded to yank and yank on my teeth with me feeling everything I was in tears! And again he showed no care in the world and rudely asked "do u want me to proceed or not" with an attitude. Then continued to yank them out it was a horrible experience. Nothing like the first time I came i didnt feel anything that time. The ladies at the front desk felt bad for me I could tell I told them I did not want that dentist again. The lady told me she was sorry and next time I came in I would have a better experience. I feel like they have had alot of complaints on that dentist bc she wasn't shocked by what I was saying I was in tears talking to her bc of how I was treated and the pain I was in I was not numb at all. I have another appt coming up this week and if its that same dentist I will be walking out. The front desk ladies are nice tho and helpful.

Amazed with service, I witness how rude patient was yelling at them and I was amazed with the professionalism they handle situations! Defiantly this is the place for me and my family. Kindness and affordable place

I had a July root canal treatment with them, and I had a very bad experience.. first that the dentist sees many patients at a time, so most of the time you are treated by assistants. But the worst thing is that during the root canal treatment the dentist broke an object inside the root of my tooth, and lied to me that my root was too long, so he would need to refer me to a specialist, with the cost on my account.. the cost of his mistake. And I learned this mistake only from the expert because he didn't have the ability to assume the mistake. Now I'm trying to get a refund of the money I paid for him, since he didn't do the agreement, but he's not even being able to do that right. This clinic was disappointing for me.
