Where do I start, they are so professional at DOC. I felt so at ease when I went to the back for X-rays. The staff was so courteous , and genuinely cared about my well being. I’m thankful to the young lady that suggested I go there, I’m now gonna tell everybody how great this place and staff are.

They have the most amazing Guest Service. The staff and the office are exemplary. I did some research before going to the office and I was not disappointed. I am happy to say that this is my choice for my dental care going forward.

I was quoted over $2,600 for deep cleaning, which is far above average for Charlotte. The treatment plan felt overpriced and not clearly justified, and included procedures that didn’t seem necessary together. I didn’t feel confident proceeding without a second opinion. Be careful and compare prices before agreeing to treatment here.

I’ve been a patient of DOC for over 8 years. They have always taken good care of me. From getting braces, getting them off, procedures and routine visits.. I’m never disappointed. From the time I go inside to when I leave. Thank you DOC🩷

The Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and Receptionist were all Great. I didn’t have to wait to go into the back area for my appointment and once I was in the chair I felt very comfortable. I was cared for gently and they took all my concerns for my dental health into account. I would definitely recommend DOC in Monroe NC.
