I had such a wonderful experience with my routine cleaning, especially with Syreeta Shoffner, RDH! She was incredibly kind, gentle, thorough, and professional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can truly tell that Syreeta cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. My teeth felt so clean and refreshed afterward! I’m very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Syreeta Shoffner, RDH, to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental hygienist. This was my first time here and the experience was not good. I went in because I had a toothache. The nurse was nice and polite but the doctor was a different story. He didn't have any bedside manners. He walked in and looked at the image and immediately said he had to take my tooth out. He didn't take any time to explain anything nor give any other options until I asked for them. He referred me to a specialist and said good luck. They never offered any other services like routine cleanings. The front desk people had more patience and took time to go into detail about my options.

The dentist technician Camry was very professional polite and she did a marvelous job. My teeth are looking beautiful. I know I’m very satisfied thank you.

Had an emergency visit scheduled within days of calling. Everyone was extremely informative and professional, and they made my visit pleasant. Check-in was quick and easy (prefilled paperwork provided via online link before appointment; I did not have to wait long before being seen). I returned next day for my procedure (extraction). I was handled with such gentle care. The entire process was painless, quick and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to schedule a visit.

I had an appointment at the High Point location today, and unfortunately, this was the final experience that convinced me I won’t be returning. I arrived for my scheduled appointment (I was not a walk-in), was taken back to a room, and then sat there for at least 20 minutes without any communication. When someone finally came in, I was told there wasn’t enough time to complete everything I had scheduled and that they could only address the filling for my chipped tooth. When the dentist came in, he told me he could “do the filling real quick,” but that it would likely fall off, and he would come back to fix it “when he gets time” because they were busy. That response was disappointing and honestly unacceptable. As a patient, I shouldn’t be offered a temporary fix that the provider is already telling me won’t last simply because the office is behind schedule. I completely understand that dental offices can get busy, but being busy is not an excuse for poor communication or making patients feel like an inconvenience. If the schedule couldn’t accommodate my appointment, that should have been communicated respectfully instead of after I had already waited. The professionalism at this office has been lacking during previous visits, and today’s experience confirmed that nothing has changed. The dentist’s attitude came across as very nonchalant and dismissive, so I chose to gather my belongings and leave without receiving treatment. After reading other reviews, it’s disappointing to see that this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. I hope the office takes patient concerns seriously and improves both its scheduling practices and the way patients are treated.
