McMillian Orthodontics - Church

This is a review that’s been a long time coming. I recently returned to this office after several years—since getting my braces off when I was younger. Over time, I developed some dental issues due to genetics, and decided it was time to come back. I was helped today by Dr. McMillian, Marelis, and the front desk staff! They are all absolutely wonderful!!! Dr. McMillian and Marelis are incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. You can truly tell they care about their patients and go above and beyond to help you. I felt well taken care of and secure in the treatment plan moving forward. I highly recommend this orthodontic office to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate care!

It’s always a pleasure coming here—everyone is so kind and welcoming. The woman at the front desk greets me warmly every time and even remembers my name and face, which really makes the experience feel personal. You can genuinely tell that everyone enjoys what they do. Dr. McMillian always checks in to see how I’m doing before starting. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly about my Invisalign process. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and highly recommend this office.

We had a fantastic experience at this practice! The consult was a little rushed but our 1st appointment was amazing; everyone was friendly, thorough, communicated clearly, and gracious. Milli was outstanding! She explained every step of the way, asked questions to ensure comfort, and provided assurance. Her suggestions were most helpful! As people afraid of DDS and Ortho's, we could not be happier with our new home.

McMillian Orthodontics has the best quality of customer service the staff is so professional and knowledgeable and courteous and very understanding when it comes to serving their patients! Dr Allison McMillian is very approachable and knowledgeable of individualized patient plans that fits the patient! Dana and the whole Staff work as a team they practically treat you like family! Sara Grace is very knowledgeable about her job and how to interact with the patients! Stephanie is very understanding when it comes to flex scheduling. When you call to confirm or reschedule it’s not a problem! Everyone is so approachable and smiling. I have greached the end of my treatment plan. I have enjoyed the journey/ treatment schedule that was personalized for me. The office staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs on whatever the circumstances may be.

So far my braces treatment has been going great. The person who did my braces were very kind and respectful towards me. I appreciated that very much and I hope that my journey with McMillian ortho continues well.
