Very caring office, staff is always so sweet along with the Dentist! They make scheduling a breeze and always work with what fits the parents schedule best! They make your kids feel so comfortable if any procedures are needed! My 2 boys love them! Your kids will not be disappointed!

Wonderful office for kids. From the staff up front, to the hygienist, to dentist. Great people, always friendly and helpful. My son is 6 and autistic and he’s never had an issue here, last location he would scream and cry, had to about hold him down just for cleanings. My 15 yr old doesn’t want to change to a new office once she turns 18. We make a decent drive just because my kids are very comfortable here. Thank you ladies, for being you.

We had a wonderful first experience at the Davidson office. My son is autistic with developmental delays and I wasn’t sure how he would respond. The entire staff and dentist were very patient and gentle and he was able to tolerate much more than I expected. He’s excited to go back for another visit!

I arrived to my kids appointment to discover it had been canceled because I didn’t confirm the appointment. Very frustrating! I’m weeding thru spam texts and calls all the time and can’t always respond to a call to confirm an appointment. If you can send out a text to confirm then maybe send a text that it’s cancelled for not confirming so people don’t show up thinking they still have an appointment? It was a complete waste of my time and my kids class time. Maybe when scheduling let people know that they have to confirm or their appointment will be canceled? Not good business to cancel people’s appointments without their knowledge, which is the same as someone not showing up for appointments on your end and waste your time so don’t do it to those who show up for their appointments.

Dr. Shivani and her team are always a pleasure to see for my daughters' dental care. They are very attentive and always make sure I have the opportunity to ask questions or present an concerns.
