Edit....BEWARE OF SERVICES PERFORMED THAT YOUR INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER. I should NOT have to call the office to get a charge removed that should NOT have been done during a ROUTINE cleaning to start with. I always decline extra that isn't covered. They know up front the insurance doesn't cover it so they should ASK before performing not send you a bill that you owe. NORMAL ROUTINE CLEANINGS ARE COVERED 100% BY ALL INSURANCE CARRIERS. They did the same to my son and now sending message about "further action" if he doesn't pay it. I am VERY disappointed in how this practice has started doing and I will not recommend them to anyone. Rant over until I find out they pushed someone over to collections for this. Then it will be a call to BBB and whoever else is needed to get this fixed. This is seriously taken advance of people and it's not ok. I usually like going here. But this last visit things were different. Be careful with the "vitamin treatment" that most insurance doe NOT cover as its a floride treatment and its not necessary unless you have well water. But even then toothpaste has it. Usually Jamie ASKED if I wanted it as it would be an out of pocket charge. I declined most of the time. Especially when it went from $11 to $38. This last visit I had a different person. She didn't ask, just did it. Then I get to the counter and told my total is the $38. Ok whatever. But then today I get a notice I owe more. For what??? It was a normal check up and cleaning. No issues, xrays or anything (even those are covered on my policy). Then I find out they still owe us $80 on my husbands profile that he's asked about twice now. I'm putting 3 stars mainly so people will read it. While they do good work and very polite I feel there may be a little scamming going on and I'm not ok with that.

I was patient at Fresh Dental Concord for a while. I liked my Dentist and the Hygienist. However last year things change that caused me to no longer be a patient. I received dental treatment that was unsuccessful. I continued to experience pain because of it(even now). More dental treatment was conducted by another Dentist at the office to give a second look/ resolve the issue that I was having however still unsuccessful. In addition, there were complications. In result, I have incurred extreme medical and dental costs due to continued dental/medical treatment/second opinions/consultation for correction and treatment for complications. Therefore, I requested a refund for services performed on the particular tooth at the office. At first I received no response. After several calls and emails I received a response. I was told that the information was reviewed and the refund was approved by the Dentist.The front office team stated that the Office manager would initiate it because the rep wasn't able to perform it.They said that it will be initiated when they come in. The refund was not initiated. Called the office again and was told the same thing. Still did not receive it. Contact the office several more times via, email, text and phone however, I had not received it. As of today, still not received. This has been going on for several months, since May actually. I usually don't leave reviews such as this. I tried to handle things behind the scenes but unfortunately it did not get resolved.

My experience with Briana has been stellar! Her care as a dental hygienist is excellent and I trust her to always do an excellent job! I would recommend 10 out of 10

I have been going to Fresh Dental in Concord for years. I would never go anywhere else. The SERVICE and the DENTISTS there are TOP-TIER! I I have gotten everything done from cleaning bridges, and teeth whitening. Everything was done perfectly. The staff are the best people you ever wanna meet. They keep my oral health and excellent condition.

My last experience was an amazing experience!. Briana, my dental hygienist made all the difference in the world. She was information and concerned about my dental work and I can truly say I have been taking care of my teeth and gums better. Hopefully up to the high standard that she set for me! Next appointment is in August and hoping to get the same stellar service with a job well done on my oral maintenance. See you all soon.
