Clemmons Village Smiles

I was to see Dr. Miller in Oct 2025. I had an appointment previously to decide what was needed for this return visit. I had to cancel because I had a debilitating migraine and I did not meet their criteria for cancellation so I understand there would be a fee. What they did , however was charge two cancellation fees because they had set up two appointments back to back. I moved here from another state and have never had that done to me. Of course I was with my dentist over half my life. They tried to tell me some garbage that I signed a form, but does anyone really know exactly what they sign when you stand there and sign something that you can’t even read your signature on. You better believe I will from now on when going to someplace new who wants to scam you out of money. Their equipment is outdated, although people who have been going there for years will have no clue. Step inside a state of the art facility and you will be amazed!!! At the end, I paid the racked up charges and found a wonderful dentist whose staff is fantastic and equipment is top notch. Please do not waste your time going here unless you want to go back in time twenty years and still be treated terribly.

They’re so nice! And helpful. Super comfy atmosphere. Nicole at the front desk is welcoming, Meagan is an A+ hygienist, and Dr. Nichols was prompt and explained things clearly. This was our first time here and I already recommend it!

I found Clemmons Village in 2019 and have remained loyal. They offer a membership which comes with cleanings and a discount on services, which is more than worth it for me to know I’m covered for basic work and ongoing health. Dentists can see so much from just looking at your mouth and they are gentle and careful. Every interaction has been kind and relaxed. They are honest and ensure you are happy with plans and approaches. One of their longest standing dental cleaning employees not only has a bachelor’s, but continues her education and I am sure the others likely do also. Bonus: calm, hypoallergenic dog is sometimes on site and available for emotional support if needed. Great experience!

The entire team at Clemmons Village Smiles is AMAZING! From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Both Drs. Kostelic and Dr. Nichols are skilled providers, have fantastic bedside manners, and are gentle and thorough. Their hygienists are gentle, thorough, and respectful. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the place to come for quality care.

Dr nichols was great! Very sweet and informative. Tammy was also great, she let me know every step we were taking so I was wasn’t left wondering that’s a big plus! Made my visit easy and comfortable so glad I went
