My son was referred here for a palate expander and I was so impressed with this office that I decided to get braces myself. They go above and beyond to understand your wants and needs, and they are truly so caring and welcoming every single time. Very happy to have Dr. James and his staff caring for our family.

I had a great orthodontic visit today with Cassandra. She was extremely professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about her work. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me helpful tips on how to better care for my oral health. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the way she made the whole experience comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sacksteder made it a very positive experience today. My 9 year old had an expander put in a few weeks ago and he was just making sure it was going as planned. It has been much easier than we anticipated!

I don’t know of how many businesses I can honestly say “it is a pleasure doing business with you” but Sacksteder is absolutely one of those businesses. I don’t even have a crazy story to tell about, just that day in, day out, they are wonderful to work with. They are incredible with my young (and at times dramatic kids), exceptionally helpful to me with all scheduling and insurance needs, and just all around thoughtful. While I am not picking my kids orthodontist based on a latte machine in the lobby, it certainly makes my crazy mornings better… and that is just one example of the little, thoughtful things they do to make your experience as good as it possibly can be. I can’t recommend them enough!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Excellent staff that is warm and friendly they always make sure you’re comfortable during every appointment. Dr. Sacksteder was amazing so friendly and amazing work. I was so happy to have found this place after moving to Charlotte from the DMV. I was in Charlotte for 8 months looking for someone that would take a transfer patient who had had braces from another location. I was so happy when my dentist recommended that I try Sacksteder orthodontics and it has been a great experience from start to finish.
