I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr Prettyman is hands down the BEST orthodontist in Charlotte. He has taken very good care of my two children and myself. He and his staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The staff as a whole makes every patient feel like family. Highly recommend!!!

From the moment I walk in each month for my orthodontic appointment, I am always greeted with a smile and feeling like I’m a part of the family. I’ve learned a lot about my oral health because they take the time to explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. They always make sure that I am satisfied with my progress. I wanted to schedule consultation with orthodontist, Cause i wanna get braces and i am trying to find the clinic which will work best with my goals, the lady i talked to on the phone told me she could not schedule my free consultation (they have on the website that first consultation is free) because my insurance is gonna be active from May 1st. And they need to plan my treatment according my benefits, i am aware of my benefits and i really don’t wanna budget my treatment. She was just resistant and i end up going to other clinic.

Such an amazing place with warm/friendly staff. My daughter had an amazing experience here and they are very competent! Not to mention they accept our state insurance. I highly recommend this orthodontist!! We loved it. ❤️
