Dual Image Dentistry and Orthodontics

I went to the dentist, for what I thought was a simple procedure. My 30 minute visit turned into a three and a half hour appointment. You see this dentist office takes their job, patients, and their dental care seriously. I started off with Tyler, now there is so much I could tell you about him; but for the sake of time and space I’m going to sum him up in a few words. He is amazing and marvelous, his bedside manner is impeccable. Dr. Moody and Tyler had me in tears today! However, they were happy ones. Although my mouth was numb when I left, I left with a smile. I absolutely love my dental staff and wouldn’t trade them for anything. Whether you’re new to Charlotte and the surrounding area or simply looking for a new dentist. Give “Dual Image” a try. I’ve been a patient for a few years and have yet to be disappointed.

“I’m sharing my opinion about this business — take it for what it’s worth and form your own judgment. My wife called and rescheduled an appointment with the provider, and three months later we received a bill for a cancellation fee. The cancellation was made in a timely manner, and we never received an advance reminder about the appointment either. I can understand and accept a cancellation policy, but being charged for a service that was never rendered seems quite unusual. That’s my honest opinion. I won’t be using this black-owned business again.”

I just went to Dual Image Dentistry office for the first time. Great experience. I just relocated to Charlotte after living in LA for 18yrs and having the same dentist for all that time. Change is hard but it’s easier when you find competent health care partners. My cleaning was done by Crystal - great job. Thanks for he exam Dr. Moody. See you soon! And yes I’ll remember to floss more. 😀

Everyone at Dual Image is always very friendly and professional. I especially had a very good experience with Cordelia, the hygienist. She did a great job.

Lifetime "anti dentite" here...I hated the dentist as a kid and have neglected regular cleanings and care since the 90s. Subsequently, my chompers had multiple issues. I originally chose this practice based on the proximity to my house, but these ladies have been nothing but phenomenal. I think I even dozed off during my 3 cavities and crown procedures this morning. I still hate the dentist, but they make it as tolerable as possible and are always friendly and helpful.
